Active listings:  1,130 (July was 1,071)

Pendings:  167 (July was 203)

Solds:  200 (July was 216)

Average sales price:  $465,147 (July was $489,648)

Average days on market:  56 (July was 56)

Out of the 200 sales that took place in  August, 49% were cash, 44% were conventional financing and VA & FHA loans made up the remaining 7%.
