Craft Real Estate is Real Estate creating better results!
When you work with Settles Real Estate, you work with an agent who has years of experience and literally sold hundreds or thousands of homes. You receive their special attention. You deal directly with them, not their assistant or closing coordinator or another fancy title for a person that doesn’t really know the features of homes. This is especially important whether you are a seller or buyer. The individualized attention you receive earns you thousands of dollars more as a seller or saves you thousands as a buyer.
As a homeowner, buying or selling your home can be stressful but we will make the whole experience much more enjoyable by personalizing service for you and avoiding the many pitfalls that can arise during a real estate transaction.
If you are an investor, we will learn your objectives and help you achieve them. We identify good tenants and assist you in maintaining your property investment.
Give us a call and let us provide focused service to help you achieve your real estate goals and experience what we call “Craft Real Estate.”
I was born into Real Estate in Hagerstown, Maryland where my dad sold Real Estate and Insurance all of his life. We spent summers in Venice, FL and I actually attended 2nd and 3rd grade in Venice. Our Family relocated permanently to Englewood, Florida in 1989 when I obtained my Real Estate license and started selling Real Estate in the Venice Area. I have been in the Real Estate business full time ever since. I obtained my Real Estate Brokers license in 1991 and earned the Presidential Elite Status with Coldwell Banker, became a member of the Re/Max Hall of Fame and opened up Settles Real Estate in 2012. Settles Real Estate is a Full-Service Real Estate company handling Residential/Commercial Sales and Property Management.
Moving from N. Easton, MA to North Port, FL in 1985 was not easy for me, but living in this tropical climate/paradise helped me to adjust quickly! I graduated from Venice High School in 1988 then went on to fulfill a lifelong dream and became the Owner/Artistic Director of Cherie’s Dance Studio, teaching all types of dance to all age groups. I then joined my mother, Lucille Mitton, as her assistant in real estate in 1997 and by 1999, we were partners as a Mother/Daughter real estate team. She has since retired as I continue to grow & learn in this awesome industry, receiving my Broker’s license in 2020.
