Cherie Ann DeHay

Moving from N. Easton, MA to North Port, FL in 1985 was not easy for me, but living in this tropical climate/paradise helped me to adjust quickly!  I graduated from Venice High School in 1988 then went on to fulfill a lifelong dream and became the Owner/Artistic Director of Cherie’s Dance Studio, teaching all types of dance to all age groups.  I then joined my mother, Lucille Mitton, as her assistant in real estate in 1997 and by 1999, we were partners as a Mother/Daughter real estate team.  She has since retired as I continue to grow & learn in this awesome industry, receiving my Broker’s license in 2020.  I now live in Venice, FL and am the proud parent of an adult son.  I am referred to often as a “people person”, which is why I guess I love being a Realtor®!  My main goals in life have always been to do my very best in whatever I choose to do, to always help people however I can, to be honest and fair with myself and others and to smile and laugh as much as possible!
