Dear Buck: Thank you is simply not enough. At a time that was filled with tragedy, sadness and uncertainty you were there for us. Michael, Kim and I will be eternally grateful for all that you have done to sell our parents home, a home which you sold to them 20+ years ago. A home they truly loved. A home they were very proud of. A home they refused to leave, even in uncertain times. As I have said before, my dad had extremely high standards and never gave out accolades easily or to those unworthy. However, he always spoke highly of you. When we cleaned out his study, we found a stack of Buck Settles Reality calendars and day planners from over the years. If you sent him something, he saved it. As I was looking around the study and came across them, I knew there was only one person to sell their home, you. Thank you for everything you did to help us get the home ready for sale and sold. Your expertise, knowledge and resources are outstanding. As Michael asked in our first meeting, “Do you have a guy?” Yes you said, and you did, and they all exceeded our expectations. I hope when you look at your Polynesian statue, you smile and think of how you were there for my family at a time of great joy and sorrow. In 2022 my wife and I decided to sell the 3 Florida lots we owned in Florida and received "weekly" solicitations to buy, or list, these properties.
