Solds:  326 (March was 268)

Average sales price:  $433,490 (March was $457,829)

Average days on market:  86 (March was 88)

Average list/sale price ratio:  95% (March was 95%) *Please keep in mind that this does not account for price reductions*

Out of the 326 sales that took place in April 57% were CASH, 37% were CONVENTIONAL financing and the remaining 6% made up FHA & VA loans.
