Active listings:  1,781 (June was 1,868)

Pendings:  204 (June was 225)

Solds:  238 (June was 284)

Average sales price:  $463,373 (June was $483,667)

Average days on market:  106 (June was 104)

Average list/sale price ratio:  96% (June was 96%) *Please keep in mind that this does not account for price reductions*

Out of the 238 sales that took place in July 52% were CASH, 38% were CONVENTIONAL financing and the remaining 10% made up FHA & VA loans.
