Active listings:  1,570 (October was 1,395)

Pendings:  236 (October was 162)

Solds:  169 (October was 215)

Average sales price: $472,303 (October was $483,849)

Average days on market:  53 (October was 40)

Out of the 169 sales that took place in November 56% were cash, 34% were conventional financing and the remaining 10% were FHA & VA loans.
