Solds:  210 (March was 202)

Average sales price:  $323,740 (March was $348,566)

Average days on market:  105 (March was 92)

Average list/sale price ratio:  97% (March was 97%) *Please keep in mind that this does not account for price reductions*

Out of the 210 sales that took place in April 31% were CASH, 39% were CONVENTIONAL financing and the remaining 30% made up FHA & VA loans.
