Solds:  195 (May was 168)

Average sales price:  $352,141 (May was $358,724)

Average days on market:  108 (May was 79)

Average list/sale price ratio:  97% (May was 98%)  *Please keep in mind that this does not account for price reductions*

Out of the 245 sales that took place in June 35% were CASH, 37% were CONVENTIONAL financing and the remaining 28% made up FHA & VA loans.
