Pendings:  184 (October was 133)

Solds:  138 (October was 146)

Average sales price: $351,104 (October was $371,283)

Average days on market:  65 (October was 69)

Out of the 138 sales that took place in November 33% were cash, 46% were conventional financing and the remaining 21% were FHA & VA loans.
