Pendings:  172 (July was 194)

Solds:  185 (July was 228)

Average sales price:  $517,238 (July was $519,756)

Average days on market:  54 (July was 44)

Out of the 185 sales that took place in  August, 60% were cash, 39% were conventional financing and VA & FHA loans made up the remaining 1%.
