Solds:  213 (June was 245)

Average sales price:  $455,070 (June was $474,139)

Average days on market:  85 (June was 55)

Average list/sale price ratio:  96% (June was 96%) *Please keep in mind that this does not account for price reductions*

Out of the 213 sales that took place in July 49% were CASH, 44% were CONVENTIONAL financing and the remaining 7% made up FHA & VA loans.
