Pendings:  187 (June was 208)

Solds:  225 (June was 234)

Average sales price:  $442,602 (June was $466,369)

Average days on market:  103 (June was 104)

Average list/sale price ratio:  95% (June was 95%) *Please keep in mind that this does not account for price reductions*

Out of the 225 sales that took place in July 43% were CASH, 43% were CONVENTIONAL financing and the remaining 14% made up FHA & VA loans.
