Average days on market:  104 (May was 91)

Average list/sale price ratio:  95% (May was 96%) *Please keep in mind that this does not account for price reductions*

Out of the 234 sales that took place in June 51% were CASH, 40% were CONVENTIONAL financing and the remaining 9% made up FHA & VA loans.
