Pendings:  190 (October was 162)

Solds:  180 (October was 183)

Average sales price: $522,685 (October was $487,087)

Average days on market:  36 (October was 43)

Out of the 138 sales that took place in November 61% were cash, 34% were conventional financing and the remaining 5% were FHA & VA loans.
