Pendings:  146 (August was 145)

Solds:  177 (August was 188)

Average sales price:  $476,027 (August was $478,979)

Average days on market:  73 (August was 69)

Average list/sale price ratio:  96% (August was 96%) *Please keep in mind that this does not account for price reductions*

Out of the 177 sales that took place in September 55% were CASH, 40% were CONVENTIONAL financing and the remaining 5% made up FHA & VA loans.
